We're pleased to introduce the highly anticipated Strong Nation 30 class! This dynamic workout program promises to ignite your passion for fitness, challenge your body, and unleash your inner strength like never before. Mark your calendars for Monday, 12 June at 6:30pm, and prepare to sweat it out at the Treadwell Street Hall in Naenae!

We are kicking off with a Strong Nation 30 Experience

Strong Nation 30 is a fitness class combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and world-class music. Created by the fitness powerhouse that is Zumba®, this program aims to sculpt and strengthen your body while providing a fun and empowering atmosphere. This 30-minute format is perfect for those seeking an intense workout within a time-efficient schedule.

Joining us for a Strong Nation 30 class means immersing yourself in an energetic and electric atmosphere. The carefully curated playlists feature diverse music genres that make you move to the rhythm and forget that you're even working out!

The routines target every major muscle group, incorporating bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and core strengthening moves. Expect lunges, squats, planks, and more, all synchronised to beats that will keep your heart pumping and energy soaring.
