I've been doing group fitness for many many years and other than Zumba only one other type of programme has given me as much enjoyment. I'm talking about High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move, this is STRONG by Zumba®
Now here is the real deal, Jenna and I will be travelling to Auckland next week to complete our STRONG by Zumba® certification with Technical Trainer Jarrod Tucker so that we can share this amazing programme with all of you here in Lower Hutt and the Wellington region. We're super excited to be able to do the training and hope to share the experience with you via Facebook and our website.
